The open impeller with 3-6 vanes makes operation more economically and liquid transited smoothly. It can transport slurry and other similar materials whose consistence is lower than 6%. And the gap between front and back wear-resisting plates can be adjusted. The capacity and head are stable. Under the same conditions, the cost of our pump operation is lower.
Features:
Totally open wide flow impeller makes pump no-blocking and transporting thicker slurry. Axial force is low, and complete pump has no vibration. The weight of impeller is lighter than closed or semi-open impeller. When starting the pump, the radial shear stress of shaft is lower, which makes each part long service life and low repair rate.
Use coupling. Under the circumstance of not disassembling the pump’s import and export, impeller, back wear-resisting plate and bearing bracket can be disassembled and assembled.
